In some instances, you may notice that when images are sent back from Colourlab AI to Final Cut Pro, they appear distorted or slightly washed out.
This is a known issue that our team is working on providing a permanent fix for.
Workaround
In the meantime, we recommend the following solution:
In Final Cut Pro, open the Effects Browser. Navigate to Color → Custom LUT. Drag the Custom LUT effect onto your clip. In the Inspector, select the LUT named FCP Match CLAI.
This will correct the washed-out appearance and restore your images to their intended look.
