In some cases, a licence may not get saved properly. This results in users being prompted to re-enter and apply their licence code every time they launch Colourlab AI.
Follow the steps below to fix this issue.
⸻
1. Close Colourlab AI
Make sure Colourlab AI is not running before proceeding.
⸻
2. Remove Existing Licence Files
Depending on your operating system, licence files may be stored in different locations.
• On macOS
1. Open Finder.
2. Navigate to: Users > Shared > Colourlab AI
Delete all files with the .lic extension.
On Windows Open File Explorer. Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\ColourlabAi
Delete all files with the .lic extension.
3. Re-Apply and Activate Your Licence
Restart Colourlab AI. Enter your licence code. Activate it once more.
From now on, your licence will remain saved and you will not need to re-enter it each time you open the application.
