Currently, Colourlab AI does not support a dedicated field for entering a VAT number. Since we do not charge VAT to any European customers, VAT numbers are only needed for invoicing records.
How to Add Your VAT Number
Please add your VAT number in the same line as your Company Name.
Format Example: CompanyName - VAT123456789

Replace CompanyName with your actual company name.

Replace VAT123456789 with your actual VAT number.

Use a hyphen (-) or similar separator for clarity.
✅ This ensures that your VAT number appears correctly on invoices, even though there is no separate VAT field in the system.
