To enable the playback of RAW camera files, ColourLab AI has partnered with TinMan from Calibrated Software, starting with version 3.3. TinMan is an add-on software that must be purchased separately from the TinMan website. It offers state-of-the-art RAW image processing and playback capabilities. Tinman costs only$50 per year.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Installing TinMan
1. Visit calibratedsoftware.com and download the TinMan installer.
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
2. Licensing TinMan
1. Launch the TinMan application.
2 .Enter your license key or activate the trial version:
•Full License: Input the license key you received after purchase.
•Trial License: If you requested a trial, check your email for the trial activation key and input it here.
3. Click Apply Activativation Key and ensure the software confirms your license.
4. Restart the application
Once TinMan is installed, follow these steps to ensure it is correctly linked with ColourLab AI:
1. Open ColourLab AI Desktop
1. Launch the ColourLab AI Desktop application.
2. Go to the Settings menu.
2. Check RAW Playback Settings
1. Inside Settings, open the RAW Playback tab.
2. Verify the following:
• ColourLab AI recognizes TinMan.
• A file path to the TinMan application appears in the Location window.
If TinMan is not recognized:
1. Restart ColourLab AI and check the RAW Playback tab again.
2. If restarting fails:
• TinMan may have been installed in a custom location.
• Click the Browse button and manually navigate to the TinMan application.
• Select the application file and confirm.
Recommended Settings
• Set the downsampling settings to Quota to optimize performance during RAW playback.
1. Download or open any RAW file within ColourLab AI.
2. Test the playback to ensure that TinMan is functioning properly.
